This event, in accordance with UNFCCC and PA, provides an overview of the challenge, the solution, the existing political will of agricultural ministers and the opportunities for better implementation of food and climate action base in agri-food systems and optimizing the use of existing human, institutional and knowledge resources and scaling impact. During the session, Ministers of Agriculture of the Americas will share the state of development of the Alliance, as was reported during the recent Inter-American Conference on Agriculture (San Jose, Costa Rica, October 4, 2023), and highlight contributions and imitations that need to be confronted for scaling impact.
