The Future Business Leaders is First Abu Dhabi Bank's flagship ESG competition for university students and was initiated in 2022. This competition serves as a key part of FAB’s ESG strategy to support the UAE in its ambition of building a knowledge-based economy. The bank recognizes the important contribution that the youth will make in the future and through this competition, seeks to bridge the gap between theories of climate change and the practical realities of creating a sustainable future.
