This event focuses on the intersection of the rights of persons with disabilities, the climate crisis, and humanitarian response. We will open with a roundtable featuring rapid expert talks. This will be followed by an audience engagement portion of the session, during which plan to discuss a series of key challenges facing the humanitarian community regarding climate disasters and disability rights. We invite the audience to pose questions to the panelists or discussion and/or to share their own responses to the key challenges for collective reflection and analysis.
